The Boss Baby 4, the highly anticipated continuation of the Boss Baby franchise, is set to return in 2024 with Alec Baldwin reprising his role as the voice of the charismatic, sharp-talking Baby Corp executive, Ted Templeton Jr. Alongside Baldwin, James Marsden will also return, adding depth and humor to the beloved series that has captured the hearts of both children and adults.

The fourth installment picks up where the last movie left off, diving deeper into the Templeton family’s adventures with the “baby business” and the ongoing conflicts between Baby Corp and a new, mysterious threat. This time, the story focuses on the evolving dynamic between the now grown-up brothers, Ted and Tim (voiced by Marsden), as they navigate life’s challenges while still maintaining their ties to Baby Corp’s clandestine world of business-minded infants.

As Baby Corp faces unprecedented issues—competition from rogue companies and a growing number of rebellious babies—Ted, the former boss baby, is forced to return to the world he left behind. However, this time around, he isn’t in control, and the once-powerful boss baby must now work alongside his niece, Tina, who has taken over his former role as Baby Corp’s head honcho.

The story is filled with comedic moments, sibling rivalry, and heartfelt lessons on family. Ted’s struggles to relinquish control while working under Tina provide hilarious and touching interactions. At the same time, Tim, ever the caring father and brother, tries to mediate the growing tension between the two. As the brothers unite once more, they must solve an epic mystery surrounding a new rival corporation that threatens to undermine the very existence of Baby Corp.

The Boss Baby 4 promises to deliver the same high-energy humor, witty one-liners, and family-focused messages that fans have come to love, all while introducing new characters and fresh challenges in the zany, baby-run corporate world.
